It allows my alternate personality freedom of expression by stopping time, if only for an instant. This is a small glimpse into my photographic journey.
The camera allows me to capture a subtle exchange and vulnerability within the subject and myself. It is in this brief moment where time stands still that you get a small glimpse into our souls. The play of light and shadow only enhances the moment. What you will not find here is quick images with hours spent in Photoshop. I am technologically impaired. Therefore, I will only use an editing program for minor skin corrections. I believe in natural beauty.
I hope and strive to capture beauty in it’s natural state in all forms. In time, I will have a section exclusively for my black & white imagery. To me, this form is pure and honest. There is no borrowed intent from colors to distract you.
